Welcome to the last school week of 2017. Its a week before Christmas break which begins on Dec. 22nd. There are some big things happening this week. On Tuesday there will be clam and cockle digging. There is still room open for some interested students but seating is limited. It should be a great time to get out on the water and experience Tsimshian culture. On Wednesday all the clam and cockle diggers will go to Wap to shuck and prepare the clams for consumption. They will be used in a feast in January. On Thursday there will be a Luncheon for the students and their families. Please tell your significant others to come on out and eat some great food prepared by the students. Finally, on Friday the afternoon will be filled with merry holiday fun: Crafts / Games / Secret Santa / Gift Card Draw.
