Weekly Outline: Apr. 16th – Apr. 20th

Welcome to another amazing week at PCS. We are half way through April with 11 weeks left of school. Some of you have been working hard and getting goals accomplished. Keep up the great work.

A reminder that the end of term will be April 19th or Friday this week. You should be about 75% done your course at this point. Remember to keep in contact with your teachers and make regular goals you can build upon.

We have our TREC to Kloyia  Bay on Monday this week. It should be a great TREC. We do  this every year and PCS students always have a blast. Monday is suppose to be  a great day as far as weather goes.

Grade 11 Signup for Kiel. Most of the spots for Kiel have been taken up. But I will accept applications from Grade 11s who want to go on this very special TREC. If there is room you will be able to go.

Cell phones have become an issue again, particularly among a number of re-offending students. The staff and I have had a discussion and we will be reasserting that phones are either in pouches, lockers or you sign out for the day. Remember if you are here it is to work and if you want to go on the phone you are welcome to sign out and be on your phone.

YouTube and music is also an issue. While we will probably let it go for this year there will certainly be a new YouTube policy by next school year for those who will be with us. There is entirely way too much time, and bandwidth, wasted on YouTube. Please use your time wisely while you  are here.

I had forgot to list those who have received tokens for Cell Phone Usage or Behaviour/Technology Usage for that past couple weeks. So here is the last 3 weeks. Remember there are two $75 gift certificates up for grabs.
