Weekly Outline: Apr. 8th – Apr. 12th

Week 28 of 39. That means you have 11 more weeks of school left. We running up to about 3/4s through the school year. Time is getting short so its imperative you use your time here wisely and start planning and goal setting for the rest of the year.

Less than 3 Months Until Summer: 11 more weeks means there is less than 3 months left of this school year. You should also be about 75% done a course if you want to finish by the end of this school year. Work out a plan with your teachers to plan out your next three months on a week by week basis. Build a weekly plan.

School Colour Vote is In: The successful colour combination was: Purple and Black.

Student Voice: Will be on Thursday at the Crest. It is an opportunity for you to voice your interests and concerns about your education and education in the province in general. PCS has 3 spots available to interested students.

April 12th: This is the last day for work submission for this grading period. Talk to your teachers to see what you should get done before Friday to reach an acceptable rate of completion.

Green Shirt Day: Monday is Green Shirt day. Wear your green shirt to show support of organ donation which can save lives. Logan Boulet from the Humboldt Broncos saved 6 lives when he donated his organs after the tragic crash.

TREC: Will be going to Lax Kw’alaams swimming pool and doing other neat activities.

Grad Meeting: There will be a Grad meeting every Monday at 11:00am.

Switch Pass: The new Nintendo Switch. This can be used for Just Dance or other physical games during PE Time. On the days without PE you can get a “Switch Pass” to be able to use the Switch from 2:30 to 3:10. A Switch Pass must be signed off on by two of the teachers. It will be based on work completed, behaviour and attendance for the day. On a Switch Pass you can play what you want. I have even downloaded Fortnite.
