Weekly Outline: Apr. 15th – Apr. 19th

Week 29 of 39. That means you have 10 more weeks of school left. We are now past 3/4s through the school year. Time is getting short so its imperative you use your time here wisely and start planning and goal setting for the rest of the year.

Really short week this week. We are coming up to two short weeks. 3 days this week and only 4 days next. Use your time wisely!

Less than 3 Months Until Summer: 11 more weeks means there is less than 3 months left of this school year. You should also be about 75% done a course if you want to finish by the end of this school year. Work out a plan with your teachers to plan out your next three months on a week by week basis. Build a weekly plan.

Door Alarmed: The door going to the outside is not alarmed. Students have been using that door too much. This is primarily a security and safety concern. We need to know who is going in and out of the building.

TREC: Will be going to Lax Kw’alaams swimming pool and doing other neat activities. Sign up sheet is out. It will go from 7:30am to 6:45pm.

Grad Meeting: There will be a Grad meeting every Monday at 11:00am.

Switch Pass: The new Nintendo Switch. This can be used for Just Dance or other physical games during PE Time. On the days without PE you can get a “Switch Pass” to be able to use the Switch from 2:30 to 3:10. A Switch Pass must be signed off on by two of the teachers. It will be based on work completed, behaviour and attendance for the day. On a Switch Pass you can play what you want. I have even downloaded Fortnite.

Big Circle Time:

  1. Name one Song/Band/Video Game/Show/Movie that you are really into.
  2. If you won a billion dollars what would be the first thing you would do?
  3. If you had a billion dollars what would you want to do for a job?
